Refunds/Cancellations
Modify or deleting order is possible only before shipment's phase and before customer sends payment.
In case of our mistakes please inform us withing 7 days and we will replace the products.
Used od damaged products may not be replaced.

Right of withdrawal
Consumer right to termination
The consumer has in any case the right to terminate the contract of sale, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of the receipt of the product.In the event that the consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify Magfine using the form on this, enclosing the receipt and / or the original purchase invoice.
Magfine shall proceed to make the necessary checks and, within 3 days after the withdrawal request, it will send the authorization for the return of the product. Without the withdrawal authorization by Magfine, the Customer is not authorized to proceed with the shipment or the redelivery of the product. The return of the product due to the withdrawal authorization will still take place at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the authorization and it must be made by sending the product to Magfine address selected during purchase. The consumer will then use a method of delivery and packaging appropriate to the type of product, in order to return to the product intact in all its parts to Magfine.
However, to be entitled to a refund of the paid price, the product must be returned undamaged, in normal condition, packed in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that originally contained. The customer shall place, outside the packaging, the authorization form for return (RMA). The costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.
The consumer is responsible for the product return costs.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, Magfine will credit or make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the products object of withdrawal or until the consumer has not shown to have returned the same ones in a reasonable time.Magfine will refund only products in the intact original packaging intact and in normal condition and will not refund the additional costs such as, for examples, the costs of preparation, or, if the consumer has expressly opted for a different and more expensive type of delivery instead of that standard one proposed by Magfine, extra service costs.
